Siméon Martinel

Hating literature classes, Siméon Martinel succumbed to the call of the sirens through theater. His approach in workshops and mediation can be summed up in a few questions: How do we transition from voice to paper, and vice versa? How do we make people, words, and creations interact?

Siméon likes important things: giving titles to projects, giving his opinion, deleting spaces before commas. He practices active rest (standing) and idle writing (from his bed). Within the Fléau social collective, he is working on the publication of the play L’Homosexualité, ce douloureux problème, to be released by Editions Burn~Août in May 2024. This creation has led to workshops on self-archiving and documenting the intimate.
