Dominique Maes

An author and illustrator of more than eighty children’s books, a short story writer for adults, a clarinetist, and the creator of the Grande Droguerie Poétique (an imaginary and ever-expanding store), he is, above all, a storyteller. He journeys from drawing to words, from words to music, from music to performances, from performances to encounters, and from encounters to books... all to feel alive and to share that joy with others.
